Jagdeesh began practicing yoga in the 90’s and received a certification with Stephanie Keach in 2000 to teach basic Hatha yoga.At that time I also became a certified massage therapist in North Carolina.In 2002,I began to feel like there was a connection that I was missing in my yoga practice.I found a video of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and from the very moment I heard her voice I knew I was home.Kundalini Yoga became my personal practice and after finding Ong Kar Kaur as my teacher in 2002 I soon realized it was my destiny to become a teacher.I am unable to express in words how much Kundalini Yoga has impacted my life and just hope that you will find a deep awareness of you through this amazing technology.        Sat Nam
